Welcome to Shikha Farzanali! Our styling services and website are operated by
ANUSUR Digital Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide styling services,
personalized PDF style plans, and free style resources through this website. By
accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
& Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a
purchase.
1. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
1. 1:1 Virtual Styling Session
◦ 1-hour discovery call via Zoom.
◦ Personalized style plan delivered within 1–2 business days,
including:
▪ Style snapshot that’ll give a clear overview of your personal
style
▪ Styling tips tailored to your body type and proportions.
▪ Curated selection of new wardrobe pieces.
▪ Outfit formulas created exclusively with the new pieces
▪ A capsule wardrobe
2. Free PDF Resources
◦ Accessed via email signup.
◦ Intended for informational purposes only.
2. Booking & Payments
All paid sessions must be booked and paid through our website.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g.,
Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
• We do not store your card or payment information.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change.
• Booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a
confirmation email with your session details.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid email address; we are not
responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
• In case of technical issues during payment, clients should contact us
immediately at info@shikhafarzanali.com
3. Delivery of Services
Personalized style plan in PDF format delivered via email within 1–2
business days after the session.
• Virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom (or another agreed platform) at
the scheduled date and time.
• Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring
they can access the session platform. We are not responsible for delays
caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on the client’s side.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to unforeseen
circumstances. Clients will be informed of any delays promptly.
• Personalized PDF style plans are designed for individual use.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• All payments for styling sessions and personalized style PDF plans are nonrefundable.
• Clients may reschedule their session once by emailing
info@shikhafarzanali.com, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in
advance.
• Sessions missed or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment cannot
be refunded or moved, so planning ahead helps make the most of your
session.
• Complimentary resources such as free style guides or PDFs are nonrefundable and provided as-is.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information (e.g., sizes, preferences) to ensure a
personalized experience.

• Join the Zoom session on time. Two or more no-shows may result in service
cancellation without refund.
• Respect intellectual property: PDF plans, recommendations, and other
resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, sold, or
redistributed.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content provided through our services and website, including PDFs,
images, text, and designs, is the property of Shikha Farzanali (operated by
ANUSUR Digital Services) or used with permission.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide style guidance and recommendations; results may vary based on
individual preferences and body types.
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your
use of our services or recommendations.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• By booking a session or signing up for a free resource, you consent to the
collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard
to conflict of law principles.
• By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in
Chandigarh, India for any disputes.
